Most of our domestic packages are sent via USPS Priority Flat Rate. However, we strive to give the best value for shipping in any region that could also include UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on the size of the package and region in which your package is being shipped.
We require signature deliveries and tracking for our client's security, unless some countries or regions are not allowed. We will connect with those who do not have options for signature and tracking in their region prior to shipments. As always, we reserve the right to cancel any orders, especially if some areas for shipments are not able to be tracked. We also reserve the right to change our policies at any time.
Q: How long is the handling time between when an order is placed and when it is shipped?
A: Our process time to ship orders are usually next day. However, we reserve 72 hours or 3 business days for handling to insure quality of shipment and to factor holidays, weather issues, etc.
Q: Do orders need to be placed before a specific time?
A: Orders are processed daily, but can be received at any time and pulled from any of our locations to be shipped direct to you.
Q: Is there anywhere you don't deliver, like P.O. boxes, specific states or countries?
A: We strive to ship anywhere our clients are, but will refund any orders placed in areas that we can not deliver. All domestic shipments to P.O. boxes will be shipped through USPS. Please keep in mind the size of your P.O. boxes, and add notes in your orders to help assure your package delivery runs smoothly. Any returned shipments will be reshipped at the cost of the recipient, not the business. All international shipments will be determined at point of sale. Shipment prices may change, without notice, and the carriers are determined according to price/value for our clients.
Q: If I live in another country, will I have to pay custom fees?
A: Our company will not be responsible for any custom fees accrued through shipments or returns from any other countries. Any and all fees related to the shipments from our company, or its subsidiaries, will be at the sole expense of the recipient and determined by their government's customs office. We urge our clients to look up the requirements and limitations in their region if they have concerns.
